From UK partnership to global growth
TFLI’s relationship with EPOS Now began in May 2021, with the shared objective of driving high-quality new customer acquisition and supporting the continued growth of the EPOS Now platform.

Increase of 229% in turnover

£34.5m in FY2021 to £113.6m in FY2025

Epos Now

EPOS Now provides cloud-based EPOS and payment solutions to businesses across the retail, hospitality and service sectors, helping small and medium-sized businesses manage sales, payments, inventory and day-to-day operations through an integrated technology platform.

What began as a partnership focused on the UK market has since grown significantly. TFLI’s relationship with EPOS Now has expanded to support customer acquisition across the UK, US and Australia, reflecting both the strength of the partnership and EPOS Now’s international growth ambitions.

The scale of that growth is reflected in EPOS Now’s financial performance over the course of our relationship.

According to its UK group accounts, EPOS Now reported:

  • £34.5m turnover in FY2021
  • £48.0m turnover in FY2022, up 39% year-on-year
  • £59.8m turnover in FY2023, up 25%
  • £84.2m turnover in FY2024, up 41%
  • £113.6m turnover in FY2025, up 35%

Overall, reported turnover increased by approximately 229% between FY2021 and FY2025, equivalent to roughly 35% compound annual growth. Profit before tax also moved from a £5.5m loss in FY2021 to a £9.3m profit in FY2025.

In May 2025, EPOS Now also announced that its annual revenue had surpassed $150m, alongside growth to nearly 90,000 customer locations globally and operations in 11 countries.

While this growth reflects the contribution of the wider EPOS Now business, product development, international expansion and broader commercial strategy, the continued expansion of TFLI’s relationship alongside this growth demonstrates how the partnership has evolved with the business.

Our Goal

From the outset, the objective of the partnership has been straightforward: generate a consistent volume of high-quality new customers for EPOS Now, while continually improving acquisition efficiency and commercial return.

As EPOS Now has expanded internationally, that objective has evolved from supporting UK acquisition to helping the business identify and acquire customers across multiple territories.

For a business operating in highly competitive retail and hospitality markets, achieving this requires more than simply generating leads. It requires a detailed understanding of the ideal customer profile, ongoing analysis of acquisition data and the ability to adapt activity based on what drives genuine commercial value.

The Result

Since May 2021, TFLI and EPOS Now have built a partnership that has grown alongside the business — from a relationship focused on UK customer acquisition to a multi-market partnership spanning the UK, US and Australia.

“TFLI have become a genuine extension of the Epos Now team. Their account management is proactive, commercial and focused on outcomes — not just activity. They’ve consistently helped us identify opportunities, remove friction and act as a real facilitator for growth as we’ve scaled across multiple markets.”

During the same period, EPOS Now’s reported UK group turnover has grown from £34.5m in FY2021 to £113.6m in FY2025, while the company has continued to expand its international footprint and customer base.

The financial trajectory provides important context for the relationship: EPOS Now has grown its reported turnover by approximately 229% since the start of the period, while moving from a loss-making position in FY2021 to reporting £9.3m profit before tax in FY2025.

TFLI’s expanding role across three major territories is a reflection of the trust built over more than five years of partnership and the ability of both teams to adapt as EPOS Now has scaled.

For TFLI, EPOS Now is a strong example of how a successful client relationship can evolve from local acquisition support into a broader international growth partnership.

The story is ultimately one of shared progression: as EPOS Now has grown its revenues, customer base and international footprint, the TFLI partnership has grown with it — continually adapting the acquisition strategy around data, performance and measurable commercial outcomes.
